Quality accommodation is available for up to 10 people in a 5 bedroom house with views over Waitomo Golf Club. The house is only minutes from Waitomo Caves Village and from Otorohanga - a small bustling town with many dining options, unique shops and leisure activities.

This spacious private home is perfect for couples, families or groups. We can host short or long-stays.
There are 5 bedrooms with comfortable beds for 10 - two queen, six single & a sofa bed. There are two bathrooms. The kitchen contains quality appliances including a brand-new induction hob & everything you need for self-catering.

The house is kept cosy and warm by the new woodburner and electric blankets on all beds.
We have welcomed local and international guests since 2019 when we bought and renovated the whole house.
The entire property is a working small 10 acre farm with a few sheep and their lambs. We also have a few laying chickens that live in a cosy Omlet Eglu cube near the house.

There is plenty to do within an hour's drive such as seeing the glowworms at Caveworld, Spellbound, or Waitomo Glowworm Cave; caving at Waitomo; visiting the Kiwi House in Otorohanga, or day trips to Hobbiton or Hairy Feet (location of the filming of the 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey'). Cyclists can ride on the Timber Trail near Benneydale or hire an e-bike and join the Waikato River Trail at many points along its 103km length.
